Can I Direct Ship?

The default address is your account address. This can be changed to another address.

So I can amend a delivery address?

Yes you can amend the address at the Basket stage of checking out from your default address.

What happens if you are out of stock?

Please contact your account manager who can give you an ETA.

What happens if you cannot fulfil all my order?

The quantities that are available would be allocated and an alert sent to your account manager to contact you with an ETA on the rest of the stock.

What happens if we are over our credit limit?

Your order will be reserved through the site and an email will be generated to your account manager to contact you to discuss alternative payment / action.

Is there a cut off point for next day delivery?

Items can be ordered until 5pm for next day delivery.

Can I track my order?

Order tracking can be done from the reports section of the site.
